At Velmora, we take pride in the quality of our footwear. Since all our shoes are carefully inspected before dispatch, we follow a strict No Cash Refunds policy. Instead, we offer a hassle-free Exchange Policy to ensure you get the perfect fit.
1. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversals for purchases under normal circumstances.

Once a pair of shoes is bought, it can only be exchanged for a different size or a different product of the same value.
2. Exceptions (When a Refund is Given)
We will only issue a refund or store credit under the following rare conditions:

The shoe you ordered is completely out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order.

The item delivered to you had a major manufacturing defect, and we do not have a replacement pair available in your required size.
3. Exchange Eligibility
If your shoes do not fit or you wish to change the article, you can exchange them within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The shoes must be completely unworn, clean, and free of marks on the soles.

The shoes must be in their original Velmora box with all packaging and tags intact.
4. How to Request an Exchange

Step 1: Email us at Velmorapak3@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos showing the clean condition of the shoes.

Step 2: Once approved, we will send you our warehouse address.

Step 3: Pack the shoes in their original box and ship them back to us through any local courier service (TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.). The customer covers the return shipping cost.

Step 4: As soon as we receive and check the shoes, we will dispatch your new pair.
