At Velmora, we take pride in the quality of our footwear. Since all our shoes are carefully inspected before dispatch, we follow a strict No Cash Refunds policy. Instead, we offer a hassle-free Exchange Policy to ensure you get the perfect fit.

1. No Cash Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversals for purchases under normal circumstances.

  • Once a pair of shoes is bought, it can only be exchanged for a different size or a different product of the same value.

2. Exceptions (When a Refund is Given)

We will only issue a refund or store credit under the following rare conditions:

  • The shoe you ordered is completely out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order.

  • The item delivered to you had a major manufacturing defect, and we do not have a replacement pair available in your required size.

3. Exchange Eligibility

If your shoes do not fit or you wish to change the article, you can exchange them within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The shoes must be completely unworn, clean, and free of marks on the soles.

  • The shoes must be in their original Velmora box with all packaging and tags intact.

4. How to Request an Exchange

  • Step 1: Email us at Velmorapak3@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos showing the clean condition of the shoes.

  • Step 2: Once approved, we will send you our warehouse address.

  • Step 3: Pack the shoes in their original box and ship them back to us through any local courier service (TCS, Leopards, Trax, etc.). The customer covers the return shipping cost.

  • Step 4: As soon as we receive and check the shoes, we will dispatch your new pair.
