Thank you for shopping at Velmora. We deliver across Pakistan using trusted couriers like TCS, Leopards, and Trax.

1. Delivery Timelines & Charges

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 working days.

  • Other Towns & Cities: 3 to 6 working days.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat delivery fee is shown at checkout.

  • Note: Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • No Open Parcels: According to Pakistani courier rules, you cannot open the flyer or try on the shoes before paying the rider.

  • If there is a size issue or fault, you can easily exchange the shoes by following our policy below.

3. Exchange Policy ("Exchange Only")

  • We offer Exchanges Only. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • You must contact us for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Shoes must be unworn, clean, and in their original Velmora box with all tags attached.

4. Simple Steps to Exchange Your Shoes

  • Step 1: Email Velmorapak3@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos showing that the shoes are clean and unused.

  • Step 2: Once our team approves your request, we will send you our warehouse address.

  • Step 3: Pack the shoes safely in their box and send them back to us through any local courier (TCS, Leopards, etc.). The customer pays for this return shipping cost.

  • Step 4: Once we receive and check the shoes, we will ship your new size or article back to your address.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If we send you a damaged pair or the wrong size by mistake, contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the shoes immediately and Velmora will pay for all the shipping costs.
